Been married for 24 years -- southern belle named Mary. We have three kids - oldest Richie just graduated from Va Tech with dual engineering degree (Computer & Electrical); Stevie - he's a junior at Tech majoring in Biochem and Sara - she'll be a freshman at Tech in the fall. Mary, my wife, works part time at our church -- we're both really involved there. If you're in the Northern VA area on 31 Jul stop by and hear me preach (lol). I retired from the AF in 99; worked as a govt contractor until last Oct when I returned to federal service in the Dept of Homeland Security where I'm the Wireless Engineering Director for the Department. | Comments: | Joe, it sounds like you had SEVERAL chilly ones before making your postings. I'm pulling for the Buckeyes to have a great season. The games against Cincy and Northwestern weren't too impressive, though. I live smack up against the Rocky Mountains in Boulder where the CU Buffaloes run. Mr. Bruchs may be close-by but he never looks me up. I only see him when the Tejas boys (Teddy O, Mark Poulos, Marvin Loy, etc.) come up here for a ski trip. I'll definitely be at the 30th, and I still visit the old town to see my parents once or twice a year and eat at Giovanni's. |
